Our promise is to ensure the highest standard of hygiene and preventive measures so that your stay in our village is as safe as possible.

The measures that we implement are the result of current legislation and are supervised by a staff of experts and professionals in the health sector.

IN THE ACCOMMODATIONS

At each change of accommodation, all surfaces, furniture, crockery, utensils and floors undergo a thorough cleaning process followed by careful disinfection with medical-surgical hydrogen peroxide.

Before completing the cleaning process, one of our staff will further disinfect the rooms using a powerful VIRKON micro-particle atomisation machine.

IN COMMON AREAS

In all communal areas we provide daily sanitation and our guests will find hand sanitising gels at their disposal.
The reception area is equipped with Plexiglas barriers for the protection of our guests and staff.

ON THE BEACH

The spacing of sunbeds and umbrellas is always guaranteed, and they are sanitised periodically and at every change by specialised personnel, with products recognised by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità.

POLLISM AND SOLARIUM

In the solarium area, a minimum distance of two metres between sunbeds is guaranteed, with the exception of those designed for occupation by people living together and staying in the same room or flat.
Deckchairs and sunbeds are sanitised several times a day throughout the day.

ACTIVIATION

Our entertainers are specially trained to organise activities in small groups, which are carried out mainly outdoors or in frequently ventilated indoor locations.
All equipment used is sanitised after use.

STAFF

All our staff have been specifically trained by external consultants on the procedures and uses related to the current health emergency, are always equipped with the required personal safety equipment and undergo periodic SARS-CoV-2 diagnostic tests.
