What are the check-in times?

If your accommodation/pitch is not ready when you arrive, you can check in at reception, use the car park, the beach service (if you have booked a village accommodation or a flat) and the swimming pool. When you check in, you will be given identification bracelets which must be worn throughout your stay.

What time should you leave the apartment/villa/house?

The accommodation unit must be vacated by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

What time should you leave the pitch?

The pitch must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Where should I hand over the keys to the accommodation before departure?

Prior to departure, the keys to the cottages and mobile homes must be handed in at reception, while the keys to the flats must be left at the door itself

Is there free Wi-Fi in the hotel?

The wi-fi for the village section is free throughout the summer, for the campsite in low season it is free while from 1/07 to 28/08 it is charged (5€ two devices for one week).

When is animation available?

Animation is provided from 1/06 to 11/09.

Do you accept animals?

Yes, we accept small/medium sized animals. For the village section only one animal per family, while for the campsite we accept more than one puppy per family.

Can I go to the beach with my four-legged friend?

In our private beach it is not possible to enter with your pet, alternatively, 500 m from the structure there is the Bau Beach, a free beach where you can go freely with your furry pet.

How far is the beach from the village/campsite?

Our private beach is about 100m away.

Can bicycles be rented?

It is possible to rent bicycles directly at reception at a cost of €4 per day or €28 for a week.

Is the beach fine sand or pebbles?

The beach has fine sand and the sea, which is also sandy, slopes gently. Suitable for families with small children.

Are there timetables or limits for the pool?

The pool is open from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Swimming caps are compulsory.

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, it is applied from 15.06 to 31.08, for a maximum of 7 days. It is 1,00€ per day per person, for adults over 14 and under 75.

Do you separate waste?

Absolutely YES, we are an Eco-friendly village. Find out about our guidelines in the "Environmental Sustainability" section of our website.

Full board and half board?

In our holiday offer we do not provide any kind of board, but all our guests will be entitled to a 5% discount on every lunch and dinner at the restaurant UMA BEACH CLUB (in 2020 among the top 10 sea view restaurants in Italy) about 30m from the village.
